Who we are

What we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible. When you send an enquiry we store only what you type into the form: the name or alias you choose to give, your preferred contact method and the contact detail for it, and optionally a companion, occasion, date, time, hotel or district, and a message. We also record that you confirmed you are over 18 and accepted this policy, together with the time you did so.
Your IP address is recorded with an enquiry purely to prevent automated abuse of the form. It is deleted automatically after 30 days.
We do not require an account, we do not ask for identity documents, and we never ask for card or bank details through this website.
Why we may use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep the form usable. Storing an IP address briefly to throttle automated submissions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Optional analytics. Only if you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
IP addresses are removed 30 days after an enquiry. Enquiries marked as archived are deleted automatically 90 days later. Active enquiries are kept only while there is a reason to keep them, and you may ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who sees it
Only the people at {{LEGAL ENTITY NAME}} who arrange bookings. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not disclose it to companions beyond what is needed to arrange the specific meeting you asked for. Our website hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request your data in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done beforehand.
Write to {{PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL}} and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
Discretion
We understand that contacting us is private. We do not send marketing email, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we reply only through the channel you chose.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
